These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 789tk platform and all its services. When you create an account on 789tk, access the platform, or use any service, you become legally bound by these Terms. Please read them in full.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts on behalf of one person, using multiple identities to claim bonus benefits, or deceiving the system in any other way is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

At registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, correct address, and valid payment method details. 789tk may request documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your 789tk account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account, whether authorised or not.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 789tk is ৳200. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking

Deposits made by methods other than those listed above are not accepted, and 789tk will bear no liability in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are normally completed within 1 hour, but may take longer if a security check is required. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Refund Policy

789tk reserves the right to void winnings obtained as a result of a technical error, system failure, or unfair exploitation. Funds obtained through fraud or system manipulation will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

789tk offers new users a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

The following conditions apply when using bonuses:

• A new bonus cannot be added until the current bonus has been used in full.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit from the date the bonus is issued.
• 789tk reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Specific terms and conditions apply to each promotion.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

789tk is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination if any of them occur:

• Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users
• Misusing bonuses with the intent to abuse the bonus system
• Exploiting the system through multiple accounts

If any such activity is detected, 789tk reserves the right to forfeit all balances from the relevant account and, where necessary, take legal action.

7. VIP Program & Rewards System

789tk's VIP program has five tiers, which can be achieved through regular active play. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is determined by the user's regular activity and participation on the platform. 789tk reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming Policy
